You are granted permission to utilize this site and its content for the sole purpose of preparing, editing, and ordering products or services exclusively through TouchPoint Media, LLC. No other download, usage, publication, or distribution of any portion of the contents is authorized or permitted. Obtaining products and services from TouchPoint Media, LLC does not authorize you to use any portion of contents (DAM) apart from the finished printed products as they are supplied to you by TouchPoint Media, LLC.

You agree to use this site in a responsible behavior that is in full compliance with these terms of use and with your local laws and regulations, including export and import regulations. Portion of contents may not be exploited as a trademark or service mark, for any pornographic use, for any unlawful purpose or use, to degrade any person, to violate any person's right of privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity. You agree that you will not use the site to produce products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious or unpleasant. TouchPoint Media, LLC may terminate its service to customers found to be using TouchPoint Media, LLC to engage in troublesome exercise.

You are fully responsible for your use of content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you associated into your products. You agree that you will exclude any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your products unless you have obtained the proper approval from the owners. You warrant that your products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not criticize any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to associate third party material into your products. By placing an order on this site, you authorize that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you permit TouchPoint Media, LLC to print products on your behalf.

You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.

Neither TouchPoint Media, LLC nor its affiliates, suppliers or service providers in any incident will be legally responsible to any individual or entity for any direct, corrective or additional unintended damages under any premise of the law.

Neither TouchPoint Media, LLC nor its affiliates, suppliers or service providers in any incident will be legally responsible for any direct damages, refund or credit of any kind be made lesser of $50.00 plus shipment fees, if any OR refund of any kind for, any loss, corruption, delay, misprint, exclusion, inclusion, misdelivery, or misinformation.

TouchPoint Media, LLC will provide a refund of shipping costs paid or will re-execute printing services and shipping services if any printed materials are lost, damaged, not delivered, misdelivered or delivered late, to the extent caused by its third party shipper.

We do not provide insurance of any kind, nor do we permit you to assign a declared value to any printed product or service.

A refund or credit will not be given for shipments delayed due to incorrect addresses, unavailability or refusal of a person to accept the delivery or sign for the package. Shipping times will be specified at time of ordering as well as an email confirmation.

In order to qualify for a refund or credit due to service failure, the following limitations apply:

1. You must notify us within fifteen (15) days of the date of invoice or date of shipment.
2. For any claim related to damage of a printed product during shipping, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days after delivery of such printed products.
3. For all other claims, including claims arising out of misdelivery, nondelivery or late delivery, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the shipment date.
4. In the case of a claim concerning any nondelivery, misdelivery, late delivery, damaged shipment or other shipping-related claim, you must retain all original shipping carton, packaging and contents and make the items available for our inspection.
5. We are not obliged to take action or provide any credit or refund if you have not paid for services or shipping costs, if applicable or when your request is not received within the time limits stated above.
